Hi, I’m Jane
I’m an experienced learning and development specialist who believes in activity-based learning, the power of creative ideas, and great design.
After decades working in-house for blue-chip companies in Learning and Development roles, within HR and Operations, I now provide fractional learning and development support directly to businesses.
Specialising in digital learning and onboarding, I’ve worked on the front-line bringing performance change through focused activites, working in collaboration with managers and other HR professionals to deliver impact on the bottom line.
I have been fortunate to work within and collaborate with a diverse array of companies, charities and internal clients spanning various industries and countries, allowing me to accumulate a wealth of experience which I share with small and medium-sized organisations.
